More asparagus. I am still having them quite frequently, though they seem to be getting a bit thicker and not so much in abundance in the stores. I have a feeling that the frenzy for this year might just be over.
This is one of our family favorites. I started making this not very long ago. While the flavors are not new to me, but the way they come together in this recipe was a wonderful surprise to the palette.
We have sunshine and some warmth too! After what seemed like endless days of overcast skies, freezing rain and cold, the clouds broke and we have the perfectly blue skies.
