Rich, irresistible and moist; packed with different types of nuts, zucchini and double dose of heavenly chocolate is this sweet, eggless, quick bread. Even though it is baked as a loaf bread, the texture and taste comes closer to a decadent chocolate cake more than that of a bread.

Pretty Pink, pretty pomegranates, bright and tart cranberries, rich cream and the ever decadent chocolate, all combined in a cup. This is a great dessert for entertaining; really easy to make and you can serve in individual cups nicely decorated.

“Shondesh” is what it is called in West Bengal, “Sandesh” it is elsewhere, & Cheese Fudge is the closest translation I can come up with. “It’s dry yet moist in sweetness. It won’t exactly melt in your mouth but its sweet aftertaste lures your taste buds to bite into more such soft wonders. or Mango Fool (Fool is a cold dessert made with pureed fruits or berries served with whipped cream), or A Mango Parfait, call it whatever you wish to call; irrespective of the names, this is one heavenly dessert. I do not think there is another fruit which I adore & crave more than Mango. Summer comes, & I get transported to the childhood memories of summer & buckets of mangoes in the mango orchard that my uncle had.
