If you want a healthy green herb sauce bursting with flavors, this is it! Chimichurri is a traditional Argentinian sauce; the main ingredients in it being Parsley, Garlic, Pepper & Olive Oil. It is used as widely in Argentina as ketchup is used in America. This flavorful sauce is sometimes used as a marinade, for grilled meat ( I could do some fish & shrimp too…).  The flavors and ingredients of Chimichurri  are probably similar to the cuisine of  Spain & Italy. The overall compositions, taste and preparation are similar to French persillade.

Onion Crackers

Straight from Red Chillies to my kitchen, baked & gone in a few minutes. Ever since I laid my eyes on these crackers in Supriya’s blog, I had been itching to lay my hands on them. These got pretty popular soon after she posted them. I saw a lot of you try these out & were very satisfied with the flavorful crackers.

Mango Flan

Flan is commonly used as a term to describe the Spanish or Mexican version of Crème Caramel. Traditionally, however, Flan is both richer and denser than crème caramel, as it contains more eggs and yolks as well as  light whipping cream, half and half, and/or sweetened condensed milk. Historically, flan was baked on top of a stove in a water bath. Now,  the flan is cooked in a water bath inside the oven where it is bake slowly.
