Poached pear is a perfect fall dessert; classic and elegant and surprisingly easy to make. My home was a spot of delight, with the warm sweet aroma of the poaching pears dancing in every corner.
A complete healthy meal in a bowl; a blend of wild and brown rice combined with beans, fruits and nuts and tossed in an orange ginger sesame vinaigrette.
Pretty Pink, pretty pomegranates, bright and tart cranberries, rich cream and the ever decadent chocolate, all combined in a cup. This is a great dessert for entertaining; really easy to make and you can serve in individual cups nicely decorated.
