The past few days have been gorgeous. Balmy air, blue skies and the soft delicate petals on the trees, have dressed the earth as beautifully as it possibly can.
This rich, buttery, creamy chicken needs no introduction. Most probably the best known of all Indian dishes, it has already claimed the fame that it deserves.
This is a fragrant rice recipe with a medley of vegetable and spices. Rice plays an important role in the Indian cuisine. If you have frequented an Indian home or even an Indian restaurant, you would have noticed that there is at least one rice dish.
I have been very eloquent about my love of red lentils in a lot of posts before. This is another of my favorite recipe from home – my dida’s recipe, a comforting dish fondly remembered and spiced with love and memories.
The devil of the winter is back and has a big table of a variety of wintry mix for us. Snow, ice, sleet, freezing rain, howling winds – you name it, and we have it!
