I have a very humble recipe from home today.
The fresh tender peas always remind me of Spring. Delicate wispy shoots, the nascent tender peas nestled close in their pods, the light green hue – all of it spell fresh and a new beginning.
This recipe happened by accident. I was not going to make this exotic sounding curry to start with. One dreary day followed the other, and while the rains poured and the wind howled, I craved for a quick comforting chicken curry.
Spiced, crisped and shallow fried is the way we like the Arbi.
