The Mousse & the Roses made my place pretty!
Remember the Saffron Yogurt Mousse with Rose Petal Honey? Well it holds a new place in my blog now:-)
I am in disbelief !!! Francesco of The Food Traveller was this the host of DMBLGIT – May 2009. The above photo is the Overall 2nd Place Winner! Big Big Thanks to the Judges from my heart & Thanks to Franscesco & Elke too! I am overjoyed & just a little far away from jumping & dancing around:-D

the minute I saw the mousse the day u posted it…I knew it was a winner all the way, I just fell for the way it looked and the ingredients were mashahallah!! u know, I tried it too dearie…it’s special to me too as S thoroughly enjoyed it
