A few months back I had posted about one of my recipes getting selected by the Posit Science for the Thinkfood Cookbook.

Thinkfood Cookbook had been created with the recipes contributed by fifty food bloggers, that included brain-healthy ingredients including snacks, breakfast, salads, entree, desserts, and many more.
Each week one blogger and their recipe is featured on Thinkfood’s site and Facebook page, as well as in their email newsletter. The name/bogs of bloggers and the recipes are listed in the website of the Thinkfood Cookbook.
The recipe that is a part of the book now is our very favorite Murgh Malai Tikka Kabab/Skewered Chicken Marinated in Cream, Cheese and Herbs.
