A tiny bite of our trip to Colorado during the summer was in Aspen.\u00a0\u00a0We immediately fell in love with this quaint, charming little town.<\/p>\n

A place with soaring heights and Food & Wine<\/em>,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Aspens – rows and rows of elegant trees.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Other than the Maroon Bells, the lofty mountains, water falls\u00a0and the Silver Queen Gondola rides, there was downtown – with the roads laid out with bricks. Flowers with blazing colors hung and adorned every corner. There were\u00a0street musicians, art galleries, bikes, fountains,\u00a0food and gelato- all things wonderful brought together in one place.\u00a0 We were mesmerized.<\/p>\n

Chocolate & Wine have many uses… We found some wine and chocolate dyed shirts<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

a lot of music at every corner.<\/p>\n

Pull yourself a chair,<\/p>\n

in the heart of the mountains,<\/em><\/p>\n

and\u00a0have a drink.<\/p>\n

Take a glimpse of what stole our hearts.<\/p>\n

The streets will entertain you in many ways.<\/p>\n

Happy souls spreading excitement and glee.<\/p>\n

Walk around and pick where you want to eat. There are plenty to choose from.<\/p>\n

Some very friendly people are busy getting the tables ready for you.<\/p>\n

You will\u00a0 have\u00a0a lot of\u00a0 company.<\/p>\n

If you are not ready yet, have an\u00a0gelato or rent a bike<\/p>\n

ride\u00a0 around the town and stop once in a while to just breathe in the delight.<\/p>\n

You will be surrounded by the mountains<\/p>\n

the charms and the spirits will surely be reflected… in the window of your mind.<\/p>\n

it really is!<\/p>\n

When the night falls and<\/p>\n

and you have worked up an appetite, walk to your restaurant. We did.<\/p>\n

We dined a “the wild fig<\/strong>“. We were hungry; there was no time to take photographs. But the food was good.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The menu is written up on the mirror. We also got a menu card.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

another day unveils and it was time for us to leave.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But we left our hearts in Aspen.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And we will wait until we can go back again…<\/p>\n

for there are many more mountains to climb.<\/em><\/p>\n
