For this recipe I have used French Baguette and fresh Roma tomatoes seasoned with herbs and garlic.<\/p>\n<p>It is one of the most lovable and wanted recipes among my guests\u00a0and greatly enjoyed when served especially with red wine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecurry.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/wyfsoup-salad-started-logo-sept2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1101\" title=\"wyfsoup-salad-started-logo-sept2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ecurry.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/wyfsoup-salad-started-logo-sept2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"144\" height=\"63\" \/><\/a>I am sending this for <a href=\"http:\/\/simpleindianfood.blogspot.com\/2008\/08\/wyf-saladstartersoups-event.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>WYF- salad\/soup\/starter Event<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1.\u00a0 1 French Baguette OR Tuscan Italian Bread cut into thick slices<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a08 Roma tomatoes chopped into small pieces<br \/>\n3.\u00a0 2 cloves of garlic halved<br \/>\n4.\u00a0 4 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n5.\u00a0 2 teaspoon of freshly chopped basil or dried basil<br \/>\n6.\u00a0 A pinch of salt<br \/>\n7. \u00a0\u00bd cup loosely packed Mozzarella cheese<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Take 3 spoons of oil and add 1 spoon of basil to it.<\/p>\n<p>Brush on one side of the bread slices.<\/p>\n<p>Arrange the slices on a baking sheet in one layer with the oil side up. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>While they are baking, add the rest of the basil to the rest of the oil and add it to the chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle the salt and stir the mix and let it sit for about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Once the bread slices are done, take them and rub the garlic halves on the bread.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon out a layer of the chopped tomato mix on the bread slices.
