The Gift of Soaps & Spices

Soaps

The very talented Nazarina of Giddy Gastronome  has sent me some all natural hand-made soaps and a vibrant bottle of spice. What is so special about the soaps?

This graceful lady makes them herself, with all natural ingredients (Goat’s Milk, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Olive Oil, Essential Oils etc) and no chemicals. Every time I visit her blog, I am awed by her creativity; food, baking, food art, designer garments, soaps and even the cutely folded napkins – one could spend quite an enormous amount of time looking through her work and wondering how one person does it all.

She wrote to me saying that she will send soap for my girls, and she sent 3! The Pretty Pink Dragonly(goatsmilk, shea butter, olive oil), The Goatsmilk and Honey(goatsmilk, honey, shea butter, oats, wheat bran) and a pretty Sea Shell (goatsmilk, shea butter and sea breeze fragrance ) Needless to say the girls are going ga ga over the pretty pink dragonfly and they are “never ever going to use it. It is too pretty“.

Organic Soap

I myself am floored with mine  (Goatsmilk & Honey) and the Sea Shell; Pretty it does look and I am tempted to save it as a keepsake but I will use them for sure.

Oatmeal Soap

I cannot wait to use the red pepper spice mix and I know there are innumerable possibilities with a versatile mix like this one. I will definitely post once I have used it.

Homemade Spice Mix

Can you say I an  excited about these lavish gifts that Nazarina has so graciously send me? I cannot thank the sweet lady enough.

Nazarina  – a big hug and a heart felt Thank You to you!
